BIM STANDARD
BRIEF & MANAGEMENT PLANS
Manual
BIM standard
The BIM Standard is a guide that uses BIM from inception to completion of the project. This guide includes modelling techniques, standard file and folder naming conventions, documentation standards, content creation, and a detailed design of the processes for executing standards throughout the project lifecycle. BIM Standards provide guidelines that will support the design professionals to produce, release, and receive data in a consistent format. Comes with sub structured standard documents, such as Foler structure, Workflow Guides, Setup Instructions and Cloud model establishment, etc.
BIM/Digital Engineering Brief
The preparation for Project BIM Brief is constructed by the head design consultant through consulting with the design sub-consultants. The consultation will enable to outline the Building Information Modelling (BIM) requirements for the projects. The Project BIM Brief is to be read in conjunction with the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Digital Engineering Execution Plan (DEEP) for recent days, that further elaborates how the project will be executed, monitored and controlled in regards to BIM.
BIM/Digital Engineering Execution Plan
Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) has been prepared by the Project Team to elaborate on how the project will be executed, monitored and controlled in regards to BIM to satisfy the Project BIM requirements. This plan includes allocating roles and responsibilities of the Project BIM Team, collaborative workflows, project protocols.
To meet the various requirements of the project milestones, the Project team will adhere the Level of Development (LOD), Level of Information (LOI) as the BEP/DEEP specifies.
REVIT MODEL AUDIT
Manual
Revit Model Audit Protocol
This protocol lists the requirements/steps to validate the sanity of Revit models.
Revit Model Audit Program List
The Revit Model Audit Program list is a schedule of on-going Revit models. It records the last date of the model audit, phase/status of current Revit model, and the next milestone. So we can schedule an adequate date for next model audit.
Revit Model Audit Report
The Revit Model Audit Report is generated after the model audit process. This report will include the results of the assessed program following the Model Auditing Protocol. It will enable to promptly address any issues from the model and deliver the report as a source of feedback to the design team. As a result, the team can attend the problems timidly and effectively with minimum possibilities of the model crash.

Generated Report being fed into PowerBI and provide update seemlessly.
