Vance - Harold Park Mirvac
The principal idea of Vance was to adjust the available building envelope to open the whole development to the north and the Harbourside Park.
This invites the park into the development both in the landscape treatment of the ground plan which is a continuation of the open landscape of the adjacent park areas and also in the vertical treatment of some parts of the building.
In addition to creating an extension of the park, we wanted to build on the existing “heritage context” of the area. It’s surrounded by a very attractive heritage context.
There are the existing residential dwellings of the area and the original historic use of the sites, particularly the Tramsheds.
Vance was designed to fit into this historically rich context with the scale and treatment of the facade – it relates to the surrounding properties. Brickwork was used to reference the Tramsheds in colour and character.

Horizon - Poly
Horizon is for 21-storey of Tower A, 22-storey of Tower B and seven-storey of Tower C on the massive 8314sq m site, which is next to Our Lady Help of Christians school and 400m from the station.
It is the first major Project on the eastern side of the station within the town centre that has been rezoned by the State Government to encourage the construction of 3700 units.
The development would comprise 501 units including 32 studio-unit, 247 one-bedroom, 172 two-bedroom and 50 three-bedroom apartments.
There would be 17m of distance between the main towers which can accommodate a space for the community.
About 700sqm of small-scale retail and 300sqm of commercial space would be included on the site, compared with 36, 400sq m of residential.
Large companies which employed hundreds of people in the centre of Epping, including Unilever and NSW Family and Community Services, have already relocated from the site.
